The person behind the signal

I made something
from the aftermath.

“The songs gave it a voice. The essays gave it language. The tools gave me somewhere to put what I learned.”

I did not set out to build a betrayal-trauma website. I was trying to survive betrayal in my own relationship without losing the rest of myself in the process.

The songs came first. They were where I could say the things I could not yet explain: the anger, the humiliation, the strange grief of staying, the relentless need to understand, and the distance between being loved and feeling chosen.

The essays grew from the questions the songs could not answer. I started writing about what betrayal does to memory, identity, safety, intimacy, and your ability to trust your own perception of reality.

Then came the tools. Not because I have all the answers, but because I knew what it felt like to need something practical while my brain was too overwhelmed to hold another thought. I began creating the pages, check-ins, trackers, and workbooks I wish someone had handed me in the beginning.

Ashfall Radio is the place where all three meet: music, honest language, and practical support from someone who understands the fog from the inside.

What I believe

No polished recovery story.

01

You deserve language for what happened.

Confusion is not proof that you are irrational. Betrayal can fracture the story you thought you were living inside.

02

You do not owe anyone a quick decision.

Staying is not weakness. Leaving is not failure. You are allowed to gather truth and decide in your own time.

03

Lived experience is not clinical authority.

I am not a therapist, attorney, or crisis service. I share what I lived, what helped, and the tools I built from it.
